I bought tycoon addon from manaview and now they are dynasty addons. My account did not go over and I have tried to contact them many times. Does anyone know if they ever respond? or if there is an email that they look at and answer questions?

Since it's against Blizzard's rules to charge for addons they should be reported, not purchased.
1) Add-ons must be free of charge.
All add-ons must be distributed free of charge. Developers may not create 'premium' versions of add-ons with additional for-pay features, charge money to download an add-on, charge for services related to the add-on, or otherwise require some form of monetary compensation to download or access an add-on.

Which is covered in the 'charge for services related to the addon' section. Manuals would be a service related to the addon.

Well from what I gather from the other posters they shouldn't be selling addons in the first place. So basically all you have done is gave Blizzard a heads up about this company so they can shut it down.
Im tyring to get something to help out in auction house for what to sell when, like what days somethings are hot.
And as for this being 'Against' Blizzards ToS its been around for 6 years so im sure they would have shut it down already.

Not necessarily. Things can and do fly under their radar sometimes. This addon sounds like something they would definitely be against as it gives an advantage. They generally don't take too kindly to people being able to pay for an advantage. Especially if someone other than them is getting paid for it.

Dude, websites like kissanime have been around for years distributing anime from Japan illegally. Just because its been around a while doesn't mean crap. Nolstarius was up for at least a year and was only targeted because it was the biggest private server.

Legal or not, I would be very hesitant to give my money to a business that has no clear, easily accessible contact information. Even Blizzard (which I wouldn't call a PR specialist in any way) is easy to contact through email, the CS forums, or the ticketing system.
